2024 - OPIOID AWARENESS POSTER CONTEST

This is your chance to take a stand against substance abuse in Queen Anne’s before it is too late!

All QAC 6th - 12th graders are encouraged to participate!

You don’t have to be an artist to participate.  Participants can enter a photo they have taken and paired with an appropriate message or select a non-copyrighted image to pair with an appropriate message!!


We are looking for positive creative messages that share awareness and prevention information about substance abuse.


Remember your messages must be “positive”, so get creative and design one of the winning posters!  Go to QACGoesPurple.org for: the contest rules, suggested messages, and the Entry & Consent form.


One winner per participating group!

The groups are:

Centreville Middle School, Matapeake Middle School, Stevensville Middle School, Sudlersville Middle School, Kent Island High School, Queen Anne’s County High School, Private/Homeschoolers (This group includes Faith Christian School 9th -12th, The Gunston School, Wye River Upper School & QAC 9th - 12th Grade homeschoolers.)


PRIZES:

Middle Schoolers (6th - 8th Graders) - $300.00 Amazon Gift Card

High Schoolers (9th - 12th Graders) - Choice of $300.00 Amazon Gift Card OR a Free Driver’s Education Course
