If a QAC student is interested in participating in the Ambassador Program, email Julie Kille at julie.kille@qacps.org and please include the subject line of 'Ambassador Program.'
This program empowers students to learn the facts about substance use while actively sharing prevention messages with their peers and the broader Queen Anne’s County community. Participants have evening meetings at the BOE and play a key role in supporting QAC Goes Purple events and activities that reinforce their message.
Students gain valuable leadership experience through hands-on opportunities and team-based activities. Their service hours are tracked, and their contributions are formally recognized by the Queen Anne’s County Commissioners each spring.
The program brings together students from across the county, including both public and private schools, with current participation from QACPS and The Gunston School.
